Any applicable third-party processing fees are the responsibility of the donor. Article 5: Delivery of Offerings

Offerings provided in gratitude for donations are delivered to the address or email specified at the time of donation. Donors are responsible for ensuring their provided details are accurate. Once an offering has been dispatched, the responsibility for its receipt lies with the donor. In cases of lost shipments, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolution but cannot guarantee replacements.
